Brave Act Of Self-Care !!!
Sharing our worries and problems makes them seem less light- I speak from my own personal experience. It also helps us in finding solutions as well as in healing. When I opened up to my friends and shared my worries as well as problems, I not only felt lighter but also began to heal faster because I felt loved and cared.
Yes, initially when I was passing through tough times and withdrew myself, I did lose some people because I was not confident about their understanding me as well as my problems and felt that they would , instead of helping, be judgmental. During those miserable days, I pretended to be tough, brave and happy- though I knew in my heart of hearts that I desperately needed a shoulder to weep on.
Now when I look back, I feel I should have trusted the positive response from my near ones. Bad experiences from a couple of toxic relationships doesn’t mean that we put everybody in the same category.
I am sure there are many kind and sweet souls who would go all out to mend a broken wing. Trust them to help us find our feet because they genuinely care for us and even if they can’t solve our problems they can at least hear us out.
Instead of clamming up during our times of distress we should trust our friends because there are genuine people who can lift us and be the wind beneath our wings. ~Latika Teotia
Trust Him !!!
Sometimes, God puts us in situations because He wants us to be there. He has bigger plans for everyone. So don’t pray to Him to get you out instead seek His guidance to learn from the situation, perhaps He wants us to change; do that and having learnt or corrected yourself thank Him for life’s lessons. Remember as long as the Lord is your shepherd you have nothing to worry about.~LatikaTeotia
God is in control !!!
No matter what sorts of challenges you are facing or what type of protection you need at this moment; God IS THERE to provide you necessary courage and strength to face the situation .So, instead of being anxious, pray,stretch your faith and trust your trust more. ~Latika Teotia

I am speaking from experience that by sharing our issues or problems always and all the ways makes us feel better; it also helps us in finding solutions as well as in healing.
I did lose many people by withdrawing during the tough times in my life because of pretending to be brave and happy- though I desperately needed help and a shoulder to lean on.
Now when I look back, I feel I should have trusted the positive response from my near ones. Bad experiences from couple of toxic relationships doesn’t mean that we put everybody in the same bracket.
I am sure there are many sweet souls who would love to help you and even if they can’t, at least they will try to console you and help you in finding solutions or resources.
Since the time, I started opening my heart to my soul connections; I have started experiencing a lot of love, care and strength. Your soul connections won’t ever make you feel small or make you feel that you are a burden. They will be the wind beneath your wings. ~Latika Teotia
Power of prayer !!!
Prayer has all the power of possible. Day by day as you pray, you will begin to see the solutions to your problems, the answers of your questions and the opportunities you are longing for. You will begin to experience peace. Prayer always bring positive result.

You lose everything when you breathe your last, when there’s no life left in your body; you can’t expect a lifeless body to do anything. While there’s life, there’s hope, and while there’s hope defeat is not even on the horizon. There are numerous motivating real life tales of people who snatched victory from the jaws of certain defeat; of people who had the ‘never say die’ spirit alive and lived to share their experiences. All such people had a few qualities which set them apart. First, a belief in themselves. They believed in their own abilities and didn’t rely on others. Second, they had faith, always had faith that things will work out in the end and that they had to be a part of that turnaround. Third, they had a positive attitude. Why sometimes some of the people turn away from God ???
I have met some people who won’t put their trust in God but will put it in other things.Well,they have their own reasons to feel that way. Like some of them have felt that they have been let down by God. They did believe in God with their heart & soul and prayed but their prayers weren’t answered. They have seen their loved ones going through traumatic experiences and deaths; hence,left them disappointed and bitter.
I feel when things go wrong it helps to have someone to blame and when no one is handy,its convenient and easy to point the finger at God but He is not the one who is responsible for any of those things.
God desires only the best for us. Tragedy may come into our lives because that’s just a part of living on planet earth. But if we turn our sorrows over to Him and trust Him with our heart and soul, God will surely make something beautiful even out of those tragedies and sufferings. Maybe, you will get new perspective about those painful occurrences.
All I want to convey is when you trust God with your life , you begin to realize all things do work together for your good. Even the blemishes serve to make you a better,stronger and more capable person.
I request you to trust God and His ways more and more as He is the only One who can truly,strengthen you,empower you and build you.
