Give Yourself A Break !!!

Despite knowing since our childhood that we must ALWAYS look at the positive side and never be knocked down by adversity or difficult circumstances… yet there are times you want to be your true, frightened self and just huddle into a corner to cry it out. It’s okay. Do that,  if it makes you feel better. At the end of the day you have to do the picking up of your own battered self. The earlier you get out of your distressed, hurt/ injured self,  the better. At the end of the day, only you can bring yourself back to life. So here’s to you and your new life… ~Latika Teotia

Loneliness and depression !!!

It is only human to long for emotional support and there’s nothing wrong or demeaning about it. Loneliness is a major cause of depression and leads to negativity; thereafter it is downhill all the way. In such times people need emotional support of someone who believes in them. Seeking or accepting support during these times is very courageous and a positive step. In fact it is the self affirming support of family & friends, that pulls out people from depression and restores self confidence, self esteem as well as self belief. ~Latika Teotia
