Let people call it boring, obsessive, or too disciplined. You know what it really is? It’s alignment. It’s choosing a life where your energy feels whole and your mind feels clear. You’re not trying to impress; you’re trying to heal, grow, and show up fully.

You don’t owe anyone an explanation for wanting to feel good in your own skin.

Give Yourself A Break !!!

Despite knowing since our childhood that we must ALWAYS look at the positive side and never be knocked down by adversity or difficult circumstances… yet there are times you want to be your true, frightened self and just huddle into a corner to cry it out. It’s okay. Do that,  if it makes you feel better. At the end of the day you have to do the picking up of your own battered self. The earlier you get out of your distressed, hurt/ injured self,  the better. At the end of the day, only you can bring yourself back to life. So here’s to you and your new life… ~Latika Teotia
