Fill your relationship with love and understanding !!!

None of us is perfect, yet some of us seek perfection in others and that is the root cause of broken relationships as well as misery. We should rather focus on making relationship perfect by filling it with love, understanding and mutual respect. Like it is said that soul mates are not met they are made.

No one is perfect, even the people we love !!!

No one is perfect, even the people we love. We expect too much from others and feel sorely disappointed when they don’t measure up to our standards. We must stop expecting too much and start being real. Our parents, siblings, relatives, friends, neighbours, colleagues and all others too go wrong at times. Accept them as they are with their flaws, faults, warts and all. Forgive them. That’s maturity and that too is love. Relationships over ride our urge to seek perfection. ~Latika Teotia

Don’t allow problems to paralyze you !!!

Don’t lead a life of disgruntlement and complaining about everything under the Sun. Don’t play the victim and try gaining the sympathy of others because that’s a sign of weakness. Accept a situation as it is if you don’t have the power to change it. Always try to see a silver lining in every dark cloud. Be positive. ~Latika Teotia

Learn to see His gesture and move on !!!

Initially it’s difficult to accept that your loved one has broken the relationship. It takes time. But remember when a door is shut God always opens a window of opportunity. Learn to see His gesture and move on. ~Latika Teotia

You can’t change people !!!

Don’t expect people to change because you want them to and since YOU think that’s it good for them; you’ll be sorely disappointed. A more workable approach is to flow along the tide and accept how the other person wants to do things. And if you still feel that some correction is required, then, slowly, patiently and subtly steer them in the right direction because by then you would have gained their confidence. ~Latika Teotia
