Let’s glide into 2020 with a clean slate and an open mind. I have already started discarding the old baggage which had been weighing me down. I carry neither ill will nor any grudges against anyone; nor do I have any anger against those that wronged me, knowingly or unknowingly. I offer my sincere apologies to anyone who has been hurt by me or by my actions- believe me, it was unintentional. I am excited to welcome the New Year and go on this new exhilarating journey.~Latika Teotia
Embrace 2020 with an open heart !!!
Don’t pine for those that have left you, don’t waste your precious emotions on those that have hurt you, instead, erase them from your memory. Though it’s easier said than done but unless you sever all ties with your hurtful past you won’t be able to get out of the quicksand of toxicity and you will never be able to completely heal yourself. So take hold of yourself, realise your strengths and work on them. You never know what beautiful connections are in store for you. ~Latika Teotia
Give others a break !!!
Quite often we feel neglected because we expect others to ask about us, worry about our problems and feel disappointed and upset if they don’t. We must realize that people are so caught up with their own lives and their own problems that they hardly have any time to look around. If someone doesn’t give a personal touch, it doesn’t mean that they are indifferent or uncaring; on the contrary, their busy life, their problems, struggles and so on have turned them into what they are. But, that doesn’t mean you become like them. Just do what you would’ve expected others to do. Be concerned about the problems of others; empathize with those who’re passing through a rough patch; offer to help those in distress- in short, show that you care. ~Latika Teotia

Trust Him !!!
Sometimes, God puts us in situations because He wants us to be there. He has bigger plans for everyone. So don’t pray to Him to get you out instead seek His guidance to learn from the situation, perhaps He wants us to change; do that and having learnt or corrected yourself thank Him for life’s lessons. Remember as long as the Lord is your shepherd you have nothing to worry about.~LatikaTeotia
